At that time, we were 7 months away from our wedding and the housing market was not working in a buyers' favor. Where do I start? We met our Amazing Realtor, Michelle Mendler from a house that we were interested in. We thought this home was the one. Not so, things were beginning to pick up in the Market. We had a couple of challenges and thought no problem. But then, it was a problem.
